With the aim of upgrading passenger amenities and increasing operational ease, Railways is carrying out patch doubling work between Prayagraj Rambagh-Prayagraj Junction stations located on the Banaras-Prayagraj section of North Eastern Railway. In view of this work, Railways has decided to partially close and start Vibhuti Express (Howrah-Prayagraj Rambagh) at Banaras station. Due to this temporary change, passengers will have to face changes in the operation of some trains.
Its details are as follows-
1. Howrah-Prayagraj Rambagh Express (12333) – Train number 12333 Vibhuti Express going from Howrah to Prayagraj Rambagh will be partially discontinued at Banaras station till 19 October 2024. This train will remain canceled between Banaras and Prayagraj Rambagh.
2. Prayagraj Rambagh-Howrah Express (12334) – Train number 12334 Vibhuti Express going from Prayagraj Rambagh to Howrah will partially start from Banaras by 20 October 2024. During this period, this train will remain canceled between Prayagraj Rambagh and Banaras.
